What is the abortion pill?
Officially named RU-486, the pill is actually two drugs, mifepristone and misoprostol, and it’s taken in two separate doses. Another name for RU-486 is a medical or chemical abortion. The abortion pill can cost anywhere between $450-$900.

how does it work? when is it taken?
